What do women want?
What do women want? an age old question, but even women don't claim to know the answer,
When it comes to our wants - the sky is the limit. We are all unique and what we want can be as simple as what we crave for lunch, or an elaborate aspirational life plan.
so let’s put “wants” aside and focus on our “needs” and in particular - the one that is common to all of us.
So what unites our gender? A monthly Journey; Aunt Flow, the Bloody Buddy, Code Red, T.O.M (time of the month)… we’ve heard them all before; or dare I say it? the menstrual cycle.
Our monthly cycle is mysterious. We know when it starts and roughly when it ends, but most of us are uncertain about what happens in between.
For me, getting familiar with the hidden secrets and symptoms of the menstrual cycle wasn't optional during my studies of biological sciences and I was aiming for full marks.
The more I learnt from my studies, the more fascinated I became with our monthly journey. The more I researched, the more I realised how our cycle is biologically impacted by life style and how little women know about their monthly cycle. And so, I made it my personal mission to understand what effect our lack of awareness about the underlying mechanics of the menstrual cycle was having on women.
Many of us wonder “in secret” why some days they feel good and other times a pause button on life would be handy! Some wondered whether particular lady symptoms are normal or require medical attention. Perhaps, most alarming for me, is the number of women who just don't wonder at all!
Despite the variations women secretly feel, it's common to suppress or ignore the issue altogether due to self-conditioning, blending-in with the expectations of others or, most commonly having limited understanding of the happenings at various times during the month and what to do about it...
It's also concerning to me how some women manipulate their cycle harmony to conform to environmental drivers; rather than be in-tune to nourish their cycle and extract timely support from our natural environment.
Women "need" to be in control of their times so they can feel their best everyday!
My goal was clear; I wanted to help women feel the daily vitality through awareness, acceptance and a tailored blend of natural support.
It was then mytym - a first-of-its-kind patented product was conceived.
Satisfying women's need for gaining control of thier cyclical time and daily vitality has become my number one entrepreneurial focus that sparked a journey of intensive research and valuable learning about the forces opposing our natural equilibrium.
Join me in helping women get what we need ... through natural control of our time ... with mytym!
